Las raciones le duraron a su familia de cinco solo 15 d\u00edas. M\u00e1s de un mes y medio despu\u00e9s, recibi\u00f3 una \u00abBolsa Solidaria\u00bb que solo dur\u00f3 una semana.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img src=\"http:\/\/revistazo.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/bolsa_solidaria_1.jpg\" alt=\"images\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Con el transporte p\u00fablico parado, su esposo, que se dedica a la alba\u00f1iler\u00eda, no puede trabajar. Entre la falta de agua y la cuarentena, Laura, quien se dedicaba a lavar ropa en el vecindario, no ha tenido muchos clientes. Ella dice que sin trabajar se sienten atrapados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em><strong><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cNo hay dinero. Nos sentimos amarrados<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/em><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;dice&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Laura<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">.&nbsp;<\/span><em><strong><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201c<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">No&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">p<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">odemos pasar a conseguir un bocado. No&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">p<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">odemos manejarla [situaci\u00f3n] por&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">ning\u00fan<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;lado.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Raquel<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">, residente<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;de&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">la&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Flor del Campo<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;tiene 12 personas en su hogar. Recibieron las mismas raciones que otros: un saco a fines de marzo y una bolsa recientemente. Tambi\u00e9n han sido bendecidos al recibir bolsas de comida de un sacerdote local que ha<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;ayudado a la numerosa&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">familia.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Solo una persona en la casa ha podido seguir trabajando. Normalmente,&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Raquel<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;vende tortillas en el vecindario, pero dice que las ventas han&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">estado<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;mal en la crisis. Ella no sale a vender mucho ahora.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Brenda<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">, residente<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;de Nueva Suyapa<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;normalmente trabaja&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">como aseadora para una empresa de limpieza<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Sin poder&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">ir a trabajar, lucha por comprar comida y ha dejado de pagar&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">l<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">as cuentas<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;de<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;la luz y el agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ella tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 un saco solidario hace alrededor de dos meses que solo le dur\u00f3 15 d\u00edas para su familia de cuatro personas. Recibi\u00f3 una bolsa solidaria la semana del 18 de mayo, pero los alimentos estaban impregnados del olor del jab\u00f3n. Brenda est\u00e1 nerviosa por darle los alimentos de la bolsa a su familia por temor a que se enfermen por los qu\u00edmicos del jab\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su familia inmediata en la casa, Brenda tiene una hija adulta que vive con su familia, a la cual tambi\u00e9n le intenta ayudar. Ella dice que su hija la llama llorando por falta de comida en la casa. Brenda le pasa cualquier comida que puede a su hija. Su familia intenta limitar los tiempos de comida para poder sobrevivir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em><strong><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cNo desayunamos. Solo comemos frijolitos y arroz, y en la cena, huevos que compramos por unidad<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/em><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><em><strong>,<\/strong> comenta Brenda. El aumento de los precios en las pulper\u00edas ha empeorado la situaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/span><em><strong><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cEst\u00e1n vendiendo los huevos por 4&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">lempiras<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;o 100&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">lempiras<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">el&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">cart\u00f3n<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">. Antes&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">cost<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">aban<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">2<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">lempiras<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;por unidad<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/em><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;dice&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Brenda<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Elo\u00edsa ha experimentado un desaf\u00edo similar en Villa Nueva. <strong>\u201cLa pulper\u00eda queda abierta, pero sin dinero es dif\u00edcil comprar y los precios han subido exageradamente,\u201d<\/strong> ella lamenta.&nbsp; Elo\u00edsa no ha podida seguir en su trabajo en Plaza Miraflores. El \u00fanico miembro de la familia que ha podido trabajar es una hija que trabaja con el gobierno. Esa hija tiene su propia casa con una familia que alimentar.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img src=\"http:\/\/revistazo.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/los_pinos_bolsa.jpg\" alt=\"images\"><\/p>\n<p>Colonia Villa Nueva.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Elo\u00edsa dijo que su saco solidario que recibi\u00f3 el 27 de marzo, dur\u00f3 12 d\u00edas para su familia de cuatro miembros. La bolsa que recibieron despu\u00e9s en las \u00faltimas semanas solo les dur\u00f3 tres o cuatro d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Como se puede observar, los alimentos no ajustan para las familias y deben buscar otras fuentes para obtener alimentos<\/span><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">, en situaciones de desempleo e incertidumbre.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 contienen los Sacos Solidarios?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\">El modelo de gesti\u00f3n centralizada de los Sacos Solidarios funciona de la siguiente manera:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"margin-left: 60px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>&#8211; Los beneficiarios son identificados por medio de los datos del Centro Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n del Sector Social (CENISS)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>&#8211; Las raciones son preparadas con los alimentos e insumos adquiridos por la Suplidora Nacional de Productos B\u00e1sicos (BANASUPRO);<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>&#8211; La distribuci\u00f3n la realiza las Fuerzas Armadas (FFAA)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>&#8211; La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo e Inclusi\u00f3n Social (SEDIS) se encarga del llenado de la ficha de entrega.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div>\n<p>El sitio web de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceniss.gob.hn\/hnsolidaria\/BarriosVulnerables\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">Operaci\u00f3n Honduras Solidaria<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> establece que el contenido de los sacos debe estar preparado en cuatro raciones separadas que han de durar una semana cada una.
